"SMPS Learning Lab: Marketing 2022".

What will the professional services of design, construction, and marketing look like in 2022? How will marketers, business developers, and company leaders leverage new techniques to keep up with the disruptions of marketing and business operations? What marketing skills will you need to learn to keep your firm in the forefront?

This is what SMPS set out to discover in early 2019 by conducting a survey of its members. Participants were asked about current marketing practices, as well as anticipated changes in these practices three years from now. They were also asked to provide insights about the most important approaches and required skills for marketing and business development professionals—today and tomorrow.

Join survey report author, Scott D. Butcher, FSMPS, CPSM, principal and owner of aecumen, llc., for this not-to-be missed program as he presents the findings of this survey that provide a wealth of information and takeaways for A/E/C and environmental firms to create a roadmap for marketing and business development approaches in the coming years.

During this lab, attendees will learn about technology and activities that can enhance their skills to stay at the forefront of emerging trends and elevate their firm’s marketing programs.
